Wash one white leek (green part) thoroughly and cut into pieces about 1 cm long.

Cut the pork shoulder into 5cm cubes. Add another whole white leek (green part) and enough water to cover the pork in a pot, then heat and boil quickly.

Put the combined seasonings into a frying pan, cover lightly with aluminum foil, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
