Sales Department

Grasp the needs of the market!

Business promotion G
As product sales promotion activities, we plan in-store promotions and exhibit at exhibitions.I am also in charge of product inventory management and production quantity instructions.
Sales representatives for company products (Sales Group 1 & Sales Group 3)
We sell our own products.In addition to providing product information to wholesalers, we also visit each store directly to set up POPs and create sales floors.We follow all over Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
OEM Sales (Sales Group 2)
We are in charge of OEM contract work for health foods and quasi-drugs.We understand the different needs of each customer, find out the characteristics of each, and propose products.
Overseas Sales Group
We carry out a wide range of operations such as overseas export of our own products and OEM contract manufacturing from overseas.Therefore, we will be in close contact with overseas partner companies.
Regional Business Group
We conduct sales activities to voluntary chains nationwide and propose the development of private label brands.
MD Business Group (Mail Order)
We manage the sales of our own products on shopping malls such as Amazon, Rakuten, and Yahoo.

Marketing Group
We develop new products and handle sales promotion advertising. This includes marketing research, product concept development, and package design.
Raw material search G
We also conduct thorough inspections of raw materials in circulation and visit the raw material production sites to verify their quality.
Product Development Group
I design the products, create cost sheets, and issue manufacturing instructions to the factory.
Development Management Group
Create and check the display to be posted on the package.Check the advertisements and the text on your website, and strictly check whether there are any legal problems.
Production department
We operate from two locations: the Higashi-Osaka Plant and the Kano Plant. We manufacture a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, health foods, and quasi-drugs, from molding to final packaging.
Quality and Gross Profit Improvement Group
We consider ways to improve productivity and check whether the factory is operating properly.
Product Purchasing Section
We provide ordering instructions and warehousing management to external partner companies that outsource manufacturing that we cannot handle.We are also in charge of imports from overseas.

Quality control center
We check the quality of all products shipped from us.We perform tests using various methods such as microbiological tests, tests tailored to each dosage form, and quantitative tests.There are test rooms in each factory.

At the distribution center where products manufactured at the factory are collected, we manage the entry and exit of products, arrange trucks, and select delivery routes.

Quality Assurance Room
We handle customer inquiries, including receiving and responding to them. In the event of a product defect, we investigate the cause. We also issue instructions for reviewing manufacturing methods and inspection systems.

We conduct daily checks to ensure that health food GMP and ISO standards are being properly implemented.
Pharmaceutical Affairs Office
We manage the operation of pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and act as a liaison with government agencies during the development of new pharmaceuticals.
